看板升级: GT v0.6.0(25期全覆盖) + Prompt3 v0.3(零门槛切口) + 象限图实现记录

- ground-truth v0.5.0→v0.6.0: 新增ep021-025补齐Excel全部25期,制片人手工标注
- Prompt 3 v0.2→v0.3: 增第7条强钩子路径"零门槛切口"(日常概念消除专业门槛)
- CLAUDE.md全面更新: 状态栏/进度/已完成/路线图/GT版本史/关键决策/交接备注
- L3原型改版完成(双引擎象限图+视觉打磨), 原型文件在output/(不入git)
